referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to
the Committees on the Judiciary, and Ways and Means, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee
concerned

A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to implement Executive order
relating to reproductive health services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Protect the UNBORN (Undo the
Negligent Biden Orders Right Now) Act'' or the ``Protect the UNBORN
Act''.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITIONS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER RELATING TO
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES.
(a) Federal Agencies.--No head of a Federal agency may carry out--
(1) Executive Order 14076 entitled ``Protecting Access to
Reproductive Healthcare Services'' and issued on July 8, 2022;
or
(2) Executive Order 14079 entitled ``Securing Access to
Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services'' and issued on
August 3, 2022.
(b) Use of Funds.--No Federal funds, including any funds made
available under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (Public Law
117-103), may be used to implement, administer, or enforce--
(1) Executive Order 14076 entitled ``Protecting Access to
Reproductive Healthcare Services'' and issued on July 8, 2022;
or
(2) Executive Order 14079 entitled ``Securing Access to
Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services'' and issued on
August 3, 2022.
