To provide an extension of authority for the Horseracing Integrity and 
                           Safety Authority.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR THE HORSERACING INTEGRITY AND 
              SAFETY AUTHORITY.

    Section 1202(14) of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act of 
2020 (15 U.S.C. 3051(14)) is amended by striking ``July 1, 2022'' and 
inserting ``January 1, 2024''.
