 To amend the Inspector General Act of 1978 to provide law enforcement 
 authority to the Inspector General of the United States International 
                    Development Finance Corporation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Enhancing Development Finance 
Corporation Oversight Act of 2022''.

SEC. 2. LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE 
              UNITED STATES INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FINANCE 
              CORPORATION.

    Section 6(f)(3) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. 
App.) is amended by inserting ``International Development Finance 
Corporation,'' before ``Environmental''.
