 To codify the Department of Labor rule regarding religious exemptions 
        to the equal opportunity clause, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CODIFYING THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR RULE REGARDING RELIGIOUS 
              EXEMPTIONS TO THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE.

    The rule issued by the Secretary of Labor on December 9, 2020, 
relating to ``Implementing Legal Requirements Regarding the Equal 
Opportunity Clause's Religious Exemption'' (85 Fed. Reg. 79324) shall 
have the force and effect of law.
