  To support the ability of kinship caregivers to provide safety and 
           stability for the children placed in their homes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Fostering Secure Family Partnerships 
Act''.

SEC. 2. INCREASE IN FEDERAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR KINSHIP NAVIGATOR 
              PROGRAMS.

    (a) In General.--Section 474(a)(7) of the Social Security Act (42 
U.S.C. 674(a)(7)) is amended by striking ``50'' and inserting ``75''.
    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall 
take effect on October 1, 2023, and shall apply to payments under part 
E of title IV of the Social Security Act for calendar quarters 
beginning on or after such date.
