   Representatives relating to the Community Navigator Pilot Program.

Mr. Luetkemeyer submitted the following resolution; which was referred 
                   to the Committee on Small Business

                               RESOLUTION


 
     Of inquiry directing the Administrator of the Small Business 
     Administration to transmit certain documents to the House of 
   Representatives relating to the Community Navigator Pilot Program.

    Resolved, That the Administrator of the Small Business 
Administration is directed to transmit to the House of Representatives, 
not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this 
resolution, copies of any document, memorandum, correspondence, and 
other communication or any portion of any such communication, that 
refers or relates to the Community Navigator pilot program established 
under section 5004 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (15 U.S.C. 
9013), including the following:
            (1) All documents and communications relating to the 
        mission of the Community Navigator pilot program.
            (2) All documents and communications relating to the use of 
        funds of the Community Navigator pilot program to direct small 
        business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small 
        Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) to private sector resources.
            (3) All documents and communications relating to the 
        evaluation of applicants for the Community Navigator pilot 
        program, including the 20 point scoring metric used to assess 
        such applicants.
            (4) All documents and communications relating to the 
        specific assistance available to small business concerns by and 
        through the Community Navigator pilot program.
            (5) Copies of each agreement that the Administrator entered 
        into with respect to a grant made under section 5004(b)(1) of 
        the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (15 U.S.C. 9013(b)(1)).
            (6) Copies of each contract and cooperative agreement that 
        the Administrator entered into under such section 5004(b)(1).
