Mr. Luetkemeyer submitted the following resolution; which was referred
to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the Committee on
Small Business, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall
within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

RESOLUTION
Of inquiry directing the Administrator of the Small Business
Administration to transmit certain documents to the House of
Representatives relating to the role of the Small Business
Administration in determining taxes for small business concerns.
Resolved, That the Administrator of the Small Business
Administration is directed to transmit to the House of Representatives,
not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this
resolution, copies of any document, memorandum, correspondence, and
other communication or any portion of any such communication, created
during the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on the date
of the adoption of this resolution, that refers or relates to the role
of the Small Business Administration in determining Federal taxation of
small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small
Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)), including--
(1) any documents and communications produced by the
Administration that assess the economic effects of changes to
taxation on small business concerns; and
(2) any documents and communications that refer to changes
to Federal taxation in H.R. 5376 of the 117th Congress.
