Mr. Tuberville) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and 
             referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations

                                 A BILL


 
To prohibit rescinding the recognition of Israel's sovereignty over the 
                             Golan Heights.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Israel Sovereignty Reassurance Act 
of 2021'' or ``ISRA''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON RESCINDING THE RECOGNITION OF ISRAEL'S 
              SOVEREIGNTY OVER THE GOLAN HEIGHTS.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the funds 
appropriated or otherwise made available for the Department of State 
for fiscal year 2022 may be used to prepare, propose, draft, review, or 
promulgate any regulation, guidance, or executive order or to otherwise 
implement, administer, or enforce any policy that rescinds the 
recognition by the United States that the Golan Heights are a part of 
Israel.
