A BILL
To extend the authorization for the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory
Commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory
Commission Reauthorization Act''.
<DELETED>SEC. 2. CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE ADVISORY
COMMISSION.</DELETED>
<DELETED> Effective September 26, 2018, section 8(a) of Public Law
87-126 (16 U.S.C. 459b-7(a)) is amended in the second sentence by
striking ``2018'' and inserting ``2029''.</DELETED>
SEC. 2. CAPE COD NATIONAL SEASHORE ADVISORY COMMISSION.
Effective September 26, 2018, section 8 of Public Law 87-126 (16
U.S.C. 459b-7) is amended--
(1) in subsection (a), in the second sentence, by striking
``2018'' and inserting ``2029'';
(2) by striking subsection (g); and
(3) by redesignating subsection (h) as subsection (g).
