A BILL
To require any COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued by Congress or an
Executive agency to include informed parental consent for the
administration of a COVID-19 vaccine to a minor, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Parental Consent for Vaccination
Act''.
SEC. 2. INFORMED PARENTAL CONSENT FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION.
(a) Definition.--In this section, the term ``Executive agency'' has
the meaning given the term in section 105 of title 5, United States
Code.
(b) Requirement.--Any COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued by an Act of
Congress or by an Executive agency shall require the written and
informed consent of a legal guardian for the administration of a COVID-
19 vaccine to an individual under the age of 18 years old.
(c) Rule of Construction.--Nothing in this section shall be
construed to allow for or otherwise authorize a COVID-19 vaccine
mandate issued by an Act of Congress or by an Executive agency.
