  Mr. Scott of Florida introduced the following bill; which was read 
  twice and referred to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban 
                                Affairs

                                 A BILL


 
 To prohibit proof of COVID-19 vaccination status as a requirement for 
   receiving assistance under a program funded by the Department of 
         Housing and Urban Development, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT FOR 
              HUD FUNDING.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a Federal agency, or a 
State or local government, as a condition of receiving funding from the 
Department of Housing and Urban Development, may not require an 
individual to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to receive 
assistance under any program funded by the Department of Housing and 
Urban Development.
