    Mr. Rubio (for himself and Mr. Scott of Florida) introduced the 
 following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on 
               Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs

                                 A BILL


 
  To require the United States Postal Service to designate a single, 
              unique ZIP code for particular communities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ZIP CODES.

    Not later than 270 days after the date of enactment of this Act, 
the United States Postal Service shall designate a single, unique ZIP 
code for, as nearly as practicable, each of the following communities:
            (1) Ocoee, Florida.
            (2) Miami Lakes, Florida.
            (3) Oakland, Florida.
            (4) Village of Estero, Florida.
