                                 A BILL


 
   To repeal the amendment made to the Superfund excise taxes by the 
                Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Chemical Tax Repeal Act''.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF CERTAIN SUPERFUND EXCISE TAX MODIFICATIONS.

    The amendments made by section 80201 of the Infrastructure 
Investment and Jobs Act are repealed.
