A BILL
To amend the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 to
repeal certain obsolete requirements, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF OBSOLETE DHS CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS.
The Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 (Public
Law 109-295; 120 Stat. 1394) is amended by striking section 692 (6
U.S.C. 792).
