 To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to extend the Quality 
Payment Program-Small Practice, Underserved, and Rural Support program.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Small Practice, Underserved, and 
Rural Support Program Extension Act of 2022'' or the ``SURS Extension 
Act of 2022''.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF QUALITY PAYMENT PROGRAM-SMALL PRACTICE, 
              UNDERSERVED, AND RURAL SUPPORT PROGRAM.

    The first sentence of section 1848(q)(11)(B) of the Social Security 
Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w-4(q)(11)(B)) is amended by inserting ``and for 
each of fiscal years 2022 through 2027'' before the period.
