                                 A BILL


 
  To prohibit the use of Federal funds to purchase at-home tests for 
  SARS-CoV-2 that are imported from, or manufactured in, the People's 
                           Republic of China.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Taxpayer Dollars for Communist 
China COVID Tests Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USING FEDERAL FUNDS TO PURCHASE CERTAIN TESTS.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds may be 
used to purchase any at-home test for SARS-CoV-2 that is imported from 
the People's Republic of China, or that was manufactured, in whole or 
in part, in the People's Republic of China.
