Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Aquatic Invasive Species Control Act''. SEC. 2. INVASIVE SPECIES MANAGEMENT. Section 104 of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 (33 U.S.C. 610) is amended-- (1) in subsection (b)(2)(A)(ii)-- (A) by striking ``$50,000,000'' and inserting ``$75,000,000''; and (B) by striking ``2024'' and inserting ``2028''; and (2) in subsection (g)(2)-- (A) in subparagraph (A)-- (i) by striking ``water quantity or water quality'' and inserting ``water quantity, water quality, or ecosystems''; and (ii) by inserting ``the Lake Erie Basin, the Ohio River Basin,'' after ``the Upper Snake River Basin,''; and (B) in subparagraph (B), by inserting ``, hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata),'' after ``angustifolia)''. <all>
