submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee

                               RESOLUTION


 
   Expressing the sense of the Senate that clean water is a national 
priority and that the April 21, 2020, Navigable Waters Protection Rule 
                  should not be withdrawn or vacated.

    Resolved, That it is the sense of the Senate that--
            (1) clean water is a national priority; and
            (2) the final rule of the Corps of Engineers and the 
        Environmental Protection Agency entitled ``The Navigable Waters 
        Protection Rule: Definition of `Waters of the United States''' 
        (85 Fed. Reg. 22250 (April 21, 2020)) should not be withdrawn 
        or vacated.
                                 <all>
