   Mr. Blunt (for himself and Ms. Klobuchar) submitted the following 
             resolution; which was considered and agreed to

                               RESOLUTION


 
   Authorizing the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate to 
                    conduct a blood donation drive.

    Resolved,

SECTION 1. SENATE BLOOD DONATION DRIVE.

    (a) In General.--The Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, 
in conjunction with the American Red Cross, is authorized to conduct a 
blood donation drive on October 14, 2022, in room G-50 of the Everett 
McKinley Dirksen Senate Office Building.
    (b) Implementation.--Physical preparations for the conduct of, and 
the implementation of, the blood donation drive authorized under 
subsection (a) shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions 
as the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, in consultation 
with the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate, may 
prescribe.
