          SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS AS LENDERS''--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Senate proceed to legislative session.

  Mr. VAN HOLLEN. I move to proceed to Calendar No. 57, S.J. Res. 15.

     resolution providing for congressional disapproval under

     as Lenders''.
