  RECOGNIZING 50 YEARS OF SERVICE BY THE NATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER 
                 CORPORATION, COMMONLY KNOWN AS AMTRAK

  Ms. CANTWELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be discharged from 
further consideration of S. Res. 190 and the Senate now proceed to S. 
Res 190.

  The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 190) recognizing 50 years of service 
     by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, commonly 
     known as Amtrak.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
