                        MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

  A message from the Senate by Ms. Byrd, one of its clerks, announced 
that the Senate has passed bills of the following title in which the 
concurrence of the House is requested:

       S. 693. An Act to amend title 5, United States Code, to 
     provide for the halt in pension payments for Members of 
     Congress sentenced for certain offenses, and for othe 
     purposes.
       S. 2293. An Act to amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster 
     Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to provide certain 
     employment rights to reservists of the Federal Emergency 
     Management Agency, and for other purposes.
       S. 2796. An Act to amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe 
     Streets Act of 1968 to provide for the eligibility of rural 
     community response pilot programs for funding under the 
     Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Grant Program, and for other 
     purposes.

  The message also announced that the Senate has agreed to a joint 
resolution of the following title in which the concurrence of the House 
is requested:

       S.J. Res. 29. Joint Resolution providing for congressional 
     disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, 
     of the rule submitted by the Department of Labor relating to 
     ``COVID-19 Vacinnation and Testing; Emergency Temporary 
     Standard''.
