Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act,
and vote on passage of the bill at 11 a.m.
Following disposition of H.R. 4445, Senate will resume consideration
of the nomination of Max Vekich, of Washington, to be a Federal
Maritime Commissioner and vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the
nomination at 11:45 a.m. If cloture is invoked on the nomination,
Senate will vote on confirmation thereon at 1:45 p.m.
