A BILL
To amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize appropriations
for fiscal years 2025 through 2028.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. AMENDMENTS TO THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT OF 1965.
The Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.) is
amended--
(1) in section 216 by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' each
place it appears and inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024
through 2028'',
(2) in section 303 by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' each
place it appears and inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024
through 2028'',
(3) in section 311(e) by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' and
inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024 through 2028'',
(4) in section 411(b) by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' each
place it appears and inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024
through 2028'',
(5) in section 517(a) by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' and
inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024 through 2028'',
(6) in section 643 by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' each
place it appears and inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024
through 2028'', and
(7) in section 702 by striking ``fiscal year 2024'' each
place it appears and inserting ``each of the fiscal years 2024
through 2028''.
