A BILL
To amend chapter 63 of title 5, United States Code, to modify the
accumulation of annual leave for use in succeeding years for
administrative law judges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. LIMITS ON ACCUMULATION OF ANNUAL LEAVE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
LAW JUDGES.
(a) In General.--Section 6304(f)(1) of title 5, United States Code,
is amended--
(1) in subparagraph (G), by striking ``; or'' and inserting
a semicolon;
(2) in the first subparagraph (H) (relating to a position
in the Library of Congress), by striking the period at the end;
(3) by redesignating the second subparagraph (H) (relating
to a position in the United States Secret Service Uniformed
Division) as subparagraph (I);
(4) in subparagraph (I), as so redesignated, by striking
the period and inserting ``; or''; and
(5) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
``(J) an administrative law judge position under
section 3105.''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall take
effect on the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on
or after the date that is 30 days after the date of enactment of this
Act.
