Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Neighbors Not Enemies Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ALIEN ENEMIES ACT. Sections 4067 through 4070 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (50 U.S.C. 21-24) are repealed. <all>
