   To authorize appropriations for the Minority Serving Institutions 
         Intern Program of the Federal Aviation Administration.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``American Aviation Diversity Act''.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

    There is authorized to be appropriated $7,500,000 for each fiscal 
year for the Minority Serving Institutions Intern Program of the 
Federal Aviation Administration.
