A BILL
To amend the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act to make the District of Columbia
eligible for certain wastewater infrastructure grants, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRASH-FREE WATERS GRANTS.
Section 302 of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 4282) is
amended--
(1) in subsection (c)(1)--
(A) by inserting ``States,'' before
``municipalities''; and
(B) by inserting a comma before ``or Indian
Tribes''; and
(2) in subsection (d)(1), by inserting ``States,'' before
``units of local government''.
Amend the title so as to read: ``A bill to amend the Save
Our Seas 2.0 Act to expand eligibility for certain wastewater
infrastructure grants, and for other purposes.''.
