                                 AN ACT


 
 To direct the Administrator of General Services to sell the property 
                      known as the Webster School.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

<DELETED>SECTION 1. SALE OF WEBSTER SCHOOL.</DELETED>

<DELETED>    (a) Sale.--Not later than December 31, 2025, the 
Administrator of General Services shall sell the property described in 
subsection (b) at fair market value and at highest and best 
use.</DELETED>
<DELETED>    (b) Property Described.--The property described in this 
subsection is property located in the District of Columbia generally 
consisting of Lot 822 of Square 375 at 940 H Street Northwest in 
Washington, District of Columbia, including the building known as the 
Webster School, subject to survey and as determined by the 
Administrator of General Services.</DELETED>
<DELETED>    (c) Treatment of Net Proceeds; Future Appropriation.--Any 
net proceeds received from the sale under this section shall be paid 
into an account in the Federal Buildings Fund established under section 
592 of title 40, United States Code. Upon deposit, the net proceeds 
from the sale may be expended only subject to a specific future 
appropriation.</DELETED>

SECTION 1. SALE OF WEBSTER SCHOOL.

    (a) Sale.--Not later than December 31, 2025, the Administrator of 
General Services (referred to in this section as the ``Administrator'') 
shall--
            (1) dispose of the property described in subsection (b) 
        pursuant to subchapter III of chapter 5 of title 40, United 
        States Code; or
            (2) if a disposal pursuant to paragraph (1) is not 
        feasible, in the determination of the Administrator, sell the 
        property described in that subsection at fair market value and 
        for the highest and best use.
    (b) Property Described.--The property referred to in subsection (a) 
is the property generally consisting of Lot 822 of Square 375 at 940 H 
Street Northwest in Washington, District of Columbia, including the 
building known as the Webster School, subject to a survey, as 
determined appropriate by the Administrator.
    (c) Treatment of Net Proceeds; Future Appropriation.--
            (1) In general.--Any net proceeds received from the 
        disposal or sale under this section shall be deposited into an 
        account in the Federal Buildings Fund established by section 
        592(a) of title 40, United States Code (referred to in this 
        subsection as the ``Fund'').
            (2) Future appropriation.--On deposit of net proceeds into 
        the Fund under paragraph (1), those net proceeds may only be 
        expended pursuant to a specific future appropriation.
