following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary,
and in addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period
to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned

A BILL
To terminate the COVID-19 vaccination requirement for aliens, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TERMINATING COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT FOR ALIENS.
(a) In General.--Beginning on the date of the enactment of this
Act, the COVID-19 vaccination requirement for aliens shall have no
force or effect.
(b) Prohibition on Funding.--Beginning on the date of the enactment
of this Act, no Federal funds may be used to administer, implement, or
enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement for aliens.
(c) Definition.--In this Act, the term ``COVID-19 vaccination
requirement for aliens'' means any requirement of the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention or the Department of Homeland Security,
including pursuant to part G of title III of the Public Health Service
Act (42 U.S.C. 264 et seq.) or part 34 of subchapter C of chapter I of
title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, that--
(1) an alien be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition
of being issued a visa or entering the United States;
(2) a nonimmigrant alien be vaccinated against COVID-19 as
a condition of adjusting status to that of an alien lawfully
admitted for permanent residence; or
(3) an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for
permanent residence be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a
condition of naturalizing as a citizen of the United States.
