                                 A BILL


 
  To prohibit Federal funding for the Special Presidential Envoy for 
                                Climate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Taxpayer Funding For Climate 
Zealots Advancing Radical Schemes Act'' or the ``No Taxpayer Funding 
For CZARS Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL FUNDING.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds may be 
used for the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, including for 
salary, administrative, and travel expenses of the Special Presidential 
Envoy for Climate and for any other activity of the Special 
Presidential Envoy for Climate.
