   Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the Committee on 
 Homeland Security, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
  Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
           within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to commence a rule making 
to establish a U.S. Customs and Border Protection international port of 
         entry at the Port of Stockton and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. RULE MAKING TO ESTABLISH A U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER 
              PROTECTION INTERNATIONAL PORT OF ENTRY AT THE PORT OF 
              STOCKTON.

    The Secretary of Homeland Security shall commence a rule making to 
establish a U.S. Customs and Border Protection international port of 
entry at the Port of Stockton in the State of California.
