Moore of Alabama) introduced the following bill; which was referred to 
                     the Committee on the Judiciary

                                 A BILL


 
 To prohibit the use of Federal funds for security protection for the 
  former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious 
      Diseases who served between January 1984 and December 2022.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR SECURITY PROTECTION FOR THE FORMER 
              DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY AND 
              INFECTIOUS DISEASES WHO SERVED BETWEEN JANUARY 1984 AND 
              DECEMBER 2022.

    No Federal funds may be used for U.S. Marshal protection, or any 
other security protection, for the former Director of the National 
Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who served between January 
1984 and December 2022.
