  To require a report relating to the Special Presidential Envoy for 
                                Climate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SPECIAL PRESIDENTIAL ENVOY FOR CLIMATE REPORTING 
              REQUIREMENTS.

    (a) In General.--Not later than 90 days after the date of the 
enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the 
appropriate congressional committees a report on the following:
            (1) Budget information detailing expenditures of the 
        Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, during fiscal years 
        2021 and 2022.
            (2) The number of temporary and full-time employees 
        currently working in the Office of the Special Presidential 
        Envoy for Climate, including the names of all such full-time 
        employees.
            (3) Information on the Special Presidential Envoy for 
        Climate's foreign travel, including--
                    (A) carbon emissions from air travel, as required 
                by Executive Order 14057; and
                    (B) the dates, attendees, and discussion topics 
                from all meetings with foreign leaders.
    (b) Definitions.--In this section--
            (1) the term ``appropriate congressional committees'' means 
        the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of 
        Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the 
        Senate; and
            (2) the term ``Office of the Special Presidential Envoy for 
        Climate'' means the staff, full-time employees, temporary 
        employees, and contractors, supporting the Special Presidential 
        Envoy for Climate.
