   To repeal the Local Rent Supplement Program Eligibility Temporary 
                         Amendment Act of 2023.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF LOCAL RENT SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY 
              TEMPORARY AMENDMENT ACT OF 2023.

    The Local Rent Supplement Program Eligibility Temporary Amendment 
Act of 2023 (D.C. Law L2-0057) is hereby repealed, and any provision of 
law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such 
Act had not been enacted into law.
