 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on 
                             the Judiciary

 To provide that no Federal funds may be used for the U.S. Immigration 
   and Customs Enforcement Secure Docket Card Program, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No IDs for Illegals Act''.

SEC. 2. NO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ICE SECURE DOCKET CARD PROGRAM.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds may be 
used to establish, implement, or otherwise support the activities of 
the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Docket Card 
Program, or any other similar program of the Department of Homeland 
Security.
