To require the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw certain documents 
                       relating to grizzly bears.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATING TO GRIZZLY BEARS.

    The Secretary of the Interior--
            (1) shall withdraw the proposed rule of the United States 
        Fish and Wildlife Service titled ``Endangered and Threatened 
        Wildlife and Plants; Establishment of a Nonessential 
        Experimental Population of Grizzly Bear in the North Cascades 
        Ecosystem, Washington State'' (88 Fed. Reg. 67193; published 
        September 29, 2023); and
            (2) shall withdraw and terminate the preparation of the 
        draft Environmental Impact Statement of the National Park 
        Service and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service titled 
        ``Draft Grizzly Bear Restoration Plan / Environmental Impact 
        Statement'' (published September 2023).
