To prohibit the use of Federal funds to be used to support drag theater 
                             performances.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION.

    No Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated or otherwise 
made available to any program, project, or activity that involves the 
hosting or that otherwise involves supporting drag shows, performances, 
testimonials, or any demonstrations involving drag. For purposes of 
this section, the term ``drag'' refers to dressing in clothing that is 
typical of the opposite gender, including by using exaggeratedly 
gendered mannerisms or by combining elements of typically male and 
female dress, or in elaborate or outrageous gendered costumes.
