   Accountability, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
  Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
           within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

 To revoke the waiver determination submitted to Congress on September 
  11, 2023, with respect to certain sanctions imposed with respect to 
                                 Iran.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REVOCATION OF WAIVER DETERMINATION WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN 
              IRAN SANCTIONS.

    (a) In General.--On and after the date of the enactment of this 
Act, the waiver determination issued by the Secretary of State pursuant 
to the provisions of law specified in subsection (b) and submitted to 
Congress on September 11, 2023, shall have no force or effect.
    (b) Provisions of Law Specified.--The provisions of law specified 
in this subsection are--
            (1) section 1245(d)(5) of the National Defense 
        Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8513a(d)(5)); 
        or
            (2) section 1244(i) or 1247(f) of the Iran Freedom and 
        Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8803(i) and 
        8806(f)).
