A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the
expedited removal of aliens who are unlawfully present in the United
States and are residents of Palestinian-administered territories within
Judea and Samaria or Gaza.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Evicting Violent Islamic Criminals
That Entered Deviously Act'' or the ``EVICTED Act''.
SEC. 2. EXPEDITED REMOVAL FOR UNLAWFULLY PRESENT ALIENS WHO ARE
RESIDENTS OF PALESTINIAN-ADMINISTERED TERRITORIES WITHIN
JUDEA AND SAMARIA OR GAZA.
Section 235(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8
U.S.C. 1225(b)(1)(A)(iii)) is amended--
(1) in subclause (I), by inserting ``or subclause (III)''
after ``subclause (II)''; and
(2) by adding at the end the following:
``(III) Additional aliens
described.--An alien described in this
clause is an alien who is unlawfully
present in the United States and is a
resident of a Palestinian-administered
territory within Judea and Samaria or
Gaza.''.
