  To provide that Executive Order 14027 shall have no force or effect.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Climate Hysteria in Diplomacy 
Act''.

SEC. 2. EXECUTIVE ORDER 14027.

    Executive Order 14027 (86 Fed. Reg. 25947; relating to 
establishment of the climate change support office) shall have no force 
or effect.
