A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, adjust the number of cadets to
be nominated to the United States Military Academy, United States Naval
Academy, and United States Airforce Academy and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act shall be cited as the ``Guam Service Academy Equality
Act''.
SEC. 2. NOMINATIONS TO UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY.
Section 7442. (a) of title 10 United States Code is amended--
(1) in paragraph (8) by striking ``Four cadets from Guam,
nominated by the Delegate in Congress from Guam.'' and
inserting ``Five cadets from Guam, nominated by the Delegate in
Congress from Guam.''
SEC. 3. NOMINATIONS TO UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY.
Section 8454. (a) of title 10 United States Code is amended--
(1) in paragraph (8) by striking ``Four cadets from Guam,
nominated by the Delegate in Congress from Guam.'' and
inserting ``Five cadets from Guam, nominated by the Delegate in
Congress from Guam.''
SEC. 4. NOMINATIONS TO UNITED STATES AIRFORCE ACADEMY.
Section 9442. (a) of title 10 United States Code is amended--
(1) in paragraph (8) by striking ``Four cadets from Guam,
nominated by the Delegate in Congress from Guam.'' and
inserting and inserting ``Five cadets from Guam, nominated by
the Delegate in Congress from Guam.''
