A BILL
To abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Nullify Occupational Safety and
Health Administration Act'' or the ``NOSHA Act''.
SEC. 2. IN GENERAL.
The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 is repealed. The
Occupational Safety and Health Administration is abolished.
