Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Nullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act'' or the ``NOSHA Act''. SEC. 2. IN GENERAL. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 is repealed. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is abolished. <all>
