                    Committee on Energy and Commerce

                                 A BILL


 
 To prohibit Federal funds from being made available to any pregnancy 
  center that diverts people from accessing comprehensive and timely 
           medical care from licensed medical professionals.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NO FEDERAL FUNDING FOR PREGNANCY CENTERS THAT DIVERT FROM 
              MEDICAL CARE.

    No Federal funds may be made available to any pregnancy center that 
diverts people from accessing comprehensive and timely medical care 
from licensed medical professionals.
