                                 A BILL


 
  To direct the Secretary of State to submit to Congress a report on 
funding provided by the United States to the United Nations Relief and 
Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), and for 
                            other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Uncovering UNRWA's Terrorist Crimes 
Act''.

SEC. 2. REPORT.

    Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, 
the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report that--
            (1) identifies the total amounts of funding provided by the 
        United States to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for 
        Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) during fiscal 
        years 2020 through 2024, including an identification of such 
        amounts disaggregated by calendar month of such fiscal years; 
        and
            (2) a description of how such funds were spent.

SEC. 3. PROHIBITION.

    Effective beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, no 
Federal funds may be used to provide funding, directly or indirectly, 
to UNRWA.
