 To designate the United Nations Relief and Works Agency as a Foreign 
            Terrorist Organization, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``UNRWA FTO Designation Act''.

SEC. 2. FTO DESIGNATION.

    Not later than 10 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the 
Secretary of State shall designate the United Nations Relief and Works 
Agency as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219(a) 
of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189(a)).
