  To reimburse States for expenses incurred relating to securing the 
                                border.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Border Security State Reimbursement 
Act''.

SEC. 2. REIMBURSEMENT TO STATES RELATING TO SECURING THE BORDER.

    The Secretary of Homeland Security shall reimburse to a State each 
expense of such State determined by the Secretary to be related to 
securing the southern international border of the United States.
