   To prohibit corruption in the office of any State or local chief 
                              prosecutor.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Against Federal Funds for Allowing 
Inappropriate Relationships Act'' or the ``AFFAIR Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION.

    No Federal funds may be awarded to the office of any State or local 
chief prosecutor if any individual in such office has been convicted 
for engaging corruption or any other unlawful activity.
