  To terminate the American Community Survey, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``American Community Survey 
Elimination Act'' or the ``ACSE Act''.

SEC. 2. TERMINATION OF AMERICAN COMMUNITY SURVEY.

    The Secretary of Commerce or the Bureau of the Census may not carry 
out the American Community Survey, and no Federal funds may be 
obligated or expended to carry out such Survey (or any similar survey).
