                                 A BILL


 
  To rescind unobligated funds under the American Rescue Plan Act of 
  2021, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the Inflation 
                             Reduction Act.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Shrinkflation Reduction Act''.

SEC. 2. RECISSIONS OF UNOBLIGATED BALANCES.

    The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under any of 
the following laws are hereby rescinded:
            (1) The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117-
        2).
            (2) The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 
        117-58).
            (3) Public Law 117-69 (commonly referred to as the 
        ``Inflation Reduction Act'').
